October 20 post

I tried something last night so that I could get a decent night's sleep. I took 2 clonazepan about 1/2 hour before I went to bed. I started to feel sleepy and got ready for bed at around midnight. I just couldn't stand the thought of waking up at 4:00 or 5:00 am so I took 1/2 of a .5 mg of xanax. I woke up at 6:00 am, but was able to get back to sleep for another hour. I didn't use my CPAP machine last night which will get me in trouble with my neurologist, but I actually felt like I slept enough last night. I hope I can limit my napping today because of the extra sleep I got last night.
