Just Do It!

"Just Do It!" Ha! Easier said than done. But, I'm on the right track. I have been slowly working myself back into an exercise routine and healthier diet. I've lost five pounds so far. Many, many challenges get in the way of keeping consistent. Especially when you have narcolepsy. I have been stumbling a lot and getting migraines lately. On my last visit to the sleep neurologist, she suggested I see a neurologist who specializes in sleep and movement disorders. I have an appointment with my regular practicioner on Monday. I will mention these issues to her and get a blood glucose reading. My husband's birthday is the day before, so I guess I won't be having any cake. Then, I have to fast overnight and only drink water before the test. Wish me luck~
