Ah, bribery and corruption and anti-competitive practices. Jeers for Teva, but the good news is that the courts have made a decision that will help encourage other pharma companies to keep to the straight and narrow. And there is momentum towards pharma companies abiding by stricter ethical guidelines, so the outlook isn't so bad. Sometimes, an industry needs to hit rock bottom to begin to improve dramatically.
