Blue Light Therapy?

In my quest to reduce symptoms of sleep attacks during the day, I have been recommended to use Blue Light Therapy.
I was wondering if anyone here has used this.
Did it help you and would you recommend it?

Thank you for your replies and support!

I have never used light therapy but I understand it can be useful in managing the symptoms of circadian sleep disorders and bi-polar disorders. What I have read about the products out there is that UV rays are filtered out of the devices so there is no chance of skin damage but the information I looked at cautioned against using the devices if you are over 55 or have macular degeneration without the supervision of a physician. I think it should be used as part of an overall treatment plan which includes other therapies as well. Let us know if you decide to try it.

I am very interested in Light Therapy. I will do some research on it tomorrow & hopefully find some great medical studies and documentation.

Thanks Sarah,
