Apparently there is a Ritalin (generic) shortage now, similar to the generic Adderall shortage a year or so ago. Just a heads up.

I took Ritalin and went to get a refill. My pharm and I spent a week trying to get some--- no luck. I called about 20 pharms in the area with no luck.
My doc was able to switch it to Adderall (generic) and I filled that. It is a bit more expensive (for cash payments), but is more effective for me.
Wow, i wonder whats going to happen for me. Im not due for a refill for 2 weeks but should i be asking now to be on the safe side or just vhance it? I lost my insurance last month and cant afford anything to expensive
I would talk to your doctor about it.
