Hi my name is punkin, and I was diagnosed with narcolepsy over 2yrs ago. I have been on nuvigil,pro vigil, Paxil, and none of them worked for me. I was told 4 months ago that my narcolepsy has progressed due to me feeling fatigued all day long, I was also told that I have developed the insomnia portion of narcolepsy so my dr started me on this new drug called xyrem to help me sleep at night and for my mild cataplexy and it works great. He also started me on adderall twice a day it suppose to help with the eds and irritability and agitation, needless to say it helps but for a short period of time. And I still have allot of eds during the day even with meds is anyone else still having eds with treatment?
