I'd like to share a link introducing the 2015 Project Sleep Jack and Julie Scholarship recipients. All are high school seniors with narcolepsy who plan to enter college this Fall.
If any of our members here are students, please take a moment to share a helpful habit or strategy that has been important for you in school. I'm curious about reading, for example, and how narcolepsy and/or excessive daytime sleepiness caused by sleep apnea complicates this aspect of learning.
